2012 Basketball & Cheerleading Program Information

Boys & Girls, 5th Grade thru 8th Grade

Evaluation Date (Basketball ONLY, Cheerleading evaluations @ Grace Church):

5th-8th Grade Basketball evaluations are being held at:

Firehouse Youth Center

Saturday Nov 5th & Saturday Nov 19th

    Boys Evals:                                                                  Girls Evals:

7th&8th Grade 8:30-9:30am                                 5th - 8th Grade: 11:00am-12pm

5th & 6th Grade: 9:30-11:00am

Note: Siblings can be evaluated at one time, whichever works best for your family

Basketball is program fee is $105. Early registration discout by Oct 31st is $85 (Payment not due till Dec 15th!)
